PTZ

Do not wait to benefit from its 2023 version

While the government has announced the extension of the zero-rate loan (PTZ) for three years, borrowers only have a few weeks left to take advantage of the device in its current version. This interest-free loan to be repaid, granted subject to means testing, can be used to partially finance the purchase of a new home or the construction of a house (with the acquisition of the land), regardless of the area where good. But from 2024, it will be refocused on new collective housing in tight areas. In addition, some banks will stop studying loan files with PTZ from mid-October until mid-November maximum to have time to process them before the end of the year.
