Co-ownerships with more than 50 lots concerned

Condominiums with more than 200 lots for which planning permission was granted before 1 January 2014 must have undergone a collective energy performance assessment (DPE). The aim is to estimate a building's energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, while giving advice to co-owners on how to reduce consumption. On 1 January 2025, the collective DPE will be compulsory for condominiums with between 50 and 200 lots, while on 1 January 2026 it will be compulsory for condominiums with no more than 50 lots.
