Created by the Élan law of 23 November 2018, the mobility lease is a non-renewable, non-renewable rental contract for a maximum of one to 10 months. At the time the lease is signed, the tenant must be a student, on work experience, on an apprenticeship contract, voluntarily engaged in civic service, on a professional transfer or training course, or on a temporary assignment as part of their professional activity. Apart from these situations, only a standard residential lease can be signed between the tenant and the landlord.
