From now on, information must appear on the first page of the report: the final energy consumption of the dwelling. This allows landlords and tenants to know if the property can be offered for rental, since dwellings that exceed 450 kilowatt hours (kWh) per m² and per year in final energy (for heating, lighting, hot water ...) can no longer be rented. However, this prohibition only applies to new rental contracts signed since January 1.
